Marching Highlanders REGISTRATION
Both forms must be submitted and fees paid in full before
membership is granted. Click below to access forms.
Due May 15, 2026
Must be completed for each member marching. If there are siblings, two separate forms should be completed. This date is earlier to allow our drill writer more time to write our drill.
Due July 1, 2026
Band fees for the 2026-2027 marching season are as follows: A new marcher is $275, a returning marcher is $225, and a color guard member is $250. If there are siblings marching, add which 2 of the above apply and subtract $30 (sibling discount).
We can accept cash/checks made out to "Glenvar Band Boosters".

As soon as possible
Physical forms have been updated in April of 2025. Physicals are now valid for 14 months from the date of the practitioner's signature. Please verify all signatures on all pages are completed prior
to turning in. You must have one on file to participate in any physical aspect of marching band.
